| Description | SKB is currently managing the refurbishment process of the Smart 3 STB. During this procedure, a significant number of LED color defects have been reported. While operators are currently inspecting and judging these defects manually, the customer is inquiring about automated inspection equipment to improve accuracy and efficiency. I remember that LED color inspection is already automated during the FT1 (Final Test 1) process at production line. To align our field inspection standards with manufacturing baseline and support our customer's request, could you please share the detailed technical specifications of the FT1 LED inspection solution? Specifically, we are looking for the following information: Test Solution & Equipment Specifications Model name of the automated inspection equipment. Specifications of the optical sensors or vision cameras and the software solution used. Inspection & Pass/Fail Judgment Criteria Detailed pass/fail thresholds and tolerance ranges for LED color, brightness (luminance), and RGB values. Standard specification documents defining OK/NG criteria for LED status (e.g., ON/OFF state, color transitions). Test Environment & Logic Any specific environmental requirements for the test setup (e.g., dark box or shading conditions). Overview of the automated test logic. | ||||
